The Jetmore City Council will be examining the new and improved Jetmore City Code in upcoming meetings.  Going back a few years ago, the City of Jetmore determined a need to codify (update) the entire Code Book.  Jetmore has not undergone a codification before.  This new code book will maintain the old codes that are pertinent to today and will organize them in a much cleaner manner by chapters and articles.  A few new codes will appear as well.  Once this is complete, the Council will approve the code book and the Jetmore City Staff will post the appropriate notices in the paper.  In addition to this, the code will be added to the Jetmore City website.  Stay tuned as this will be coming up in the next few months.
